What does the Mid-Life Seminar aim to do?

This One-Day Seminar sets out to involve people in considering and reviewing options for themselves, with guided activity provided by the Course Director.  These methods are interactive in nature.

 

The Seminar points the way with information on:-

 

Providing for the future

 

Improving your Pension

 

AVC and FSAVC Uses and Benefits

 

College/University Fees

 

Wills and passing money to children

 

The Seminar will give you an opportunity to:-

 

Provide time to take stock and consider the future

 

Help engender a more positive attitude to life after employment

 

Provide relevant information, or means to discover it

 

Help identify the skills and resources that will be required for the 'third age'

 

Provide an opportunity to discuss feelings about mid-life or retirement

 

Provide an opportunity to share experiences with a group of people at a similar life-stage.

Speakers will be available during the breaks to answer any personal questions.  The Course Director will be in attendance for the whole of the course and will encourage questions and group discussion.
