Delegates will receive an information pack and an offer of a one to one meeting with an Independent FSA. 

Delegates will have a chance to air concerns on benefit entitlement and action required in relation to State Pensions.

A Rapid Response Co-ordinator from Job Cente Plus will be on hand to provide an overview of claiming Job Seekers Allowance and provide information on the services provided by Jobcentre Plus.  Job Kits will be provided, plus an assortment of leaflets.

When holding courses on site, there will be a Representative from H.R. during the closing session to deal with any questions from the group and discuss occupational pension choices, working policies and give details of outplacement services available.

We realise that employment packages and redundancy packages differ and every effort will be made to put clients' minds at rest.
