We are a not for profit making Registered Charity and are not VAT registered.

The most popular courses are held at Beeston Town Hall and are held over a three day period.  The cost of £189 per delegate is fully inclusive.  We supply the room, lunches, refreshments on arrival and during the breaks, a resource pack, speakers' hand-outs, joining instructions (including a programme, map, car park details, bus timetables, notepaper, domestic arrangements etc.)  All we need from each Company who is sending a delegate, is their name, job title, age and intended retirement date.  This information will be kept confidential.

We encourage husband/wives/partners to attend together, as retirement affects both parties.  The discounted cost for a joint couple is £279.

 

Where companies have large amounts of people coming up to retirement, we will arrange a course on site.  The company will provide a suitable room and will be responsible for the catering arrangements, the travel expenses of the Course Director and Retired Speakers and, if available, equipment (LCD projector, laptop, OHP, flipchart).  If no equipment is available, we will need to know in advance so we can supply our own.

NB
If a pre-booked In-House course is cancelled within 10 working days of the arranged commencement date, we reserve the right to charge the customer the full administration cost incurred.

 

 

The NHS Trusts will incur an extra cost of £45 if the spouse attends on the final day.

 

If a delegate does not turn up on a Mixed Course or NHS Course without prior notification we may have to pass on the charge for lunches.

 

The fees will be reviewed each April.
