The Nottingham & District Pre-Retirement Council is a non-profit making Registered Charity. We are completely independent and not tied to any insurance or financial company.
In 2022 the NDPRC will have been operating for 55 years.
The Nottingham and District Pre-Retirement Council offers 2 day courses on how to manage your retirement.
The Planning for Retirement course includes:
- Claiming what you’re entitled to in benefits
- Managing your money in retirement
- Legal advice on wills, inheritance tax, power of attorney
- Maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- Activities in retirement
We’ve helped hundreds of attendees to approach retirement with more confidence during the last 54 years, updating our courses to match changing circumstances. Over the past years, The Nottingham and District Pre-Retirement Council have arranged courses for University of Nottingham and Trent, ZF, Nottingham City Transport, I. Holland, Nottingham City Homes, Erewash Borough Council, Unison, Nottingham City Care, Probation Service, Blaby District Council, North Kesteven District Council, Nottingham Community Housing Association, British Gypsum, Saint Gobain, West Notts. College, Gedling Homes, Gedling Borough Council, Ashfield Homes, Nottingham College, Metropolitan Housing Partnership and many other companies and organisations.
